During the internal audit the following documents and departments were revised:

quality standards housekeeping & technology
quality standards breakfast service & Restaurant (Knese)
quality standards kitchen & produktion
quality standards banquet department & events
quality standards accounting and sales department
The auditor ascertained, that the quality management system of Frank Hägele Berlin Plaza and Astoria Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft is in compliance with the standards of ISO 9001 and that all the employees apply QMS every day.
Congratulations on the successful internal audit and good luck for the second audit by TÜV in August 2011.

Implementing quality management in hotels
Workshop to implement quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for hotels
During the first day the employees of the Hotel Kaiserhof were trained in quality management and introduced to the implementation schedule in the morning, and in the afternoon the quality management handbook was discussed.
During the second day the quality standards for the management were specified and documented processes were determined.
