Quality auditor according to DIN-EN-ISO 9001
Aim: The participants of the course obtain detailed information on the international quality management according to ISO 9001 and specific examples of how to implement, optimize and audit it. The course ends with a final examination by CERTQUA (DIHK, BDA, ZVH, WK). Afterwards the participants obtain a certificat for "Quality management auditor / Service management (hotel and tourism management).
Content of the Workshop:
1. Introduction and the new ISO 19011:2002, basis of the audit
2. Implementation of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in the service industry 3. Audit of a service provider
4. Practical exercises: Preparation of an internal audit according to ISO 9001, Chapter 8.2.2 and audit according to ISO 19011
5. Exam preparation & Exam, final consideration & recommendations
