Hotqua´s general business conditions

The following are the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in alphabetical order

1. Cancellation of events:
In the event of insufficient participation or for other compelling reasons, HOTQUA has the right to cancel or postpone events. Course fees already paid will be refunded in full. Any extensive claim for damages is excluded.

2. Registration:
Registrations must be made in writing up to 10 days before the start of the further training course. They will be considered in the order in which they are received. The registration is binding. By registering, the participant accepts our conditions of participation.

3. Data protection:
The participant agrees that his/her details from the registration form will be listed and stored by us in the list of participants. The details will also be used for sending further HOTQUA training courses.

4 Place of Performance:
The place of performance is the respective venue. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

5. Scope of application:
Our conditions of participation apply to the implementation of our events. Events are workshops, seminars, further education courses, short courses, training measures, coaching, internal training / in-house courses, online courses and online courses as well as other events.

6 Liability:
HOTQUA is not liable in the event of accidents, for property damage or bodily injury and for loss or theft of items brought along.

7. Subsidiary agreements:
Ancillary agreements and special arrangements must be in writing to be effective.

8. Withdrawal:
The registered participant may withdraw from the contract after it has been concluded without giving reasons. The withdrawal must be made in writing and in good time. The right of withdrawal expires 10 days before the start of the event. If the withdrawal is declared in good time, a flat administrative fee of Euro 10 will be charged. If the participant has already paid the course fee, it will be refunded minus the administration fee. In the event of cancellation at short notice, the course fee must be paid in full. If the short-term cancellation is due to illness, which is confirmed by a copy of the certificate of incapacity for work, the participant only has to pay the administrative fee.

9. Certificate of attendance:
All participants of our training measures will receive certificates of attendance with detailed information about the training on request.

10. Training material:
Training materials, coaching and training materials or parts thereof may not be reproduced without our permission.

11. Ineffectiveness:
The GTC remain valid even if individual conditions are legally invalid.

12. Change of lecturers:
A change of the lecturers specified in the invitation to tender may take place for important reasons. This change does not entitle the participants to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the event fee.

13. Terms of payment:
The participation fee is to be transferred in full after receipt of the confirmation of participation/invoice. If examination fees are incurred, these will be invoiced separately.

14. Certificates:
Certificates of participation will be issued for all training and further education measures.
